How to Cure Aching Tired Weary feet


Turn the shower on hot. Don't burn yourself, but it should be pretty warm.


Sit down in the shower. Didn't I tell you that willingness to try new things was crucial?


Hoist your legs in the air under the spray (it's fine to use the side of the shower for support; we can't all be acrobats). The water should hit the soles of your feet. Leave them there as long as you can stand it. If it's only a few seconds that's okay. Take a break, and repeat. Now stand up. (Or hang out there for a little while if you want. It's like your own private waterfall!) Your feet will feel tingly but fine. You can now skip into work.
